Since 2012, they have had the privilege of designing cakes that become part of a couple’s most meaningful moments. Every detail, from flavour to finish, is approached with care, precision and an understanding of the atmosphere a wedding deserves.

Claire is the creative force behind Cake Daydreams. With an eye for detail and a natural appreciation for design, she works closely with each couple to translate ideas into refined, considered wedding cakes.
Known for her calm approach and thoughtful guidance, Claire specialises in intricate sugar flowers and sculptural detailing, ensuring each cake feels personal yet balanced within its setting.
From initial concept through to delivery, she personally oversees every stage of the process, ensuring consistency, quality and a seamless experience
Claires favourite flavour pairing is Orange & Honey, a distinctive yet balanced choice that has become a favourite amongst guests.

Graham is the precision behind the flavours of Cake Daydreams. Focused, meticulous and quietly driven, he is responsible for baking each tier to perfection.
His attention to detail ensures that every cake not only looks beautiful, but delivers on flavour and balance. From indulgent classics to more distinctive pairings
While he prefers to remain behind the scenes, Graham is integral to every wedding. From baking to delivery and set up, he works alongside Claire to ensure everything arrives exactly as it should.
His favourite flavour pairing is white chocolate, coconut and lime. The freshness of homemade lime curd balanced with soft coconut sponge is one that guests often remember long after the day.
"We booked Cake Daydreams for our wedding in October and cannot recommend Claire enough! We had a great experience tasting the different cake samples earlier in the year, they were all delicious making the choice harder than we thought! Claire designed our cake based on what we discussed, but the end result was even better than we imagined! Our wedding cake was stunning, almost too good to eat, and tasted delicious!"
